Note that the position of the magnets should always be placed with the dimpled side toward the skin.
Directions for Using Adhesive Tape Plasters – you may apply the magnets to your body with the supplied adhesive tape plasters directly to your skin. Remove the backing from the adhesive tape plaster and place the magnet in the center of the adhesive plaster with the dimpled side of the magnet positioned so that it will be against your skin when the adhesive plaster is applied. To enhance the sticking power of the adhesive plaster you may wipe the skin area with rubbing alcohol and let dry before applying the adhesive plaster with the magnet attached. After removing the backing from the adhesive tape plaster and positioning the magnet on the disk, then stick the adhesive plaster (with the magnet) onto the body area where you would like to apply the magnetic therapy. You may leave this magnet in place until the adhesive tape plaster starts to come loose, requiring you to reapply the magnet with another adhesive tape plaster.
