Directions for Deep Therapy Magnet Set:

Note that the position of the magnets should always be placed with the dimpled side toward the skin.

1. Using Adhesive disks – you may apply the magnets to your body with the supplied adhesive disks directly to your skin. Remove the backing from the adhesive disk and place the magnet in the center of the adhesive disk with the dimpled side of the magnet positioned so that it will be against your skin when the adhesive disk is applied. To enhance the sticking power of the adhesive patch you may wipe the skin area with rubbing alcohol and let dry before applying the adhesive patch and magnet. After removing the backing from the adhesive patch and positioning the magnet on the patch, then stick the adhesive tape patch (with the magnet) onto the body area where you would like to apply the magnetic therapy. You may leave this magnet in place until the adhesive patch starts to come loose, requiring you to reapply the magnet with another adhesive disk. Tape patches may last up to 10 days.
