If you can't seem to track your package: If you have not received your package but feel that it should've arrived or you have not received a tracking number, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or you may contact us via phone at 1-402-238-1663 Monday through Friday between 9 am and 4 pm Central Standard Time.
Most orders that are recieved before 1:00 EST are usually shipped the same day the order was placed.

YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETE UNLESS YOU ARE CONTACTED BY ONE OF OUR CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVES.
What may delay or cause us to cancel your order?
1. If you did not provide the proper billing address for your credit card or PayPal.
2. If you did not give us the proper CVV code from the back of your credit card.
3. If you are shipping to a different address than your billing address.
4. If you are paying with a NON US Bank credit card.
5. If the phone number you provided does not match the billing address.
6. If we are unable to electronicaly validate your billing information with PayPal or your Credit Card Provider.
7. If an item on your order is out-of-stock.
8. Your email address is invalid.
We will email or call you if any of these will delay your order.
**** IF your Order is for delivery OUTSIDE the U.S.A. ****
1. IF this an order being delivered outside the USA, AND you are attempting to pay by credit card, we will notify you by email.
2. If this is your first order with us, you may be required to send us additional information to process your order.
3. Import taxes or duties: You may have to pay import taxes, customs duty, etc. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will usually be billed directly for them by the carrier.
4. Most international orders are delivered by UPS and will require a signature upon delivery.
