We ship from our warehouse located in New York. We always do our best to provide timely shipping, friendly customer service and a great selection. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us by email or by calling us!
Shipping Hints: For most U.S. orders, if your order is received before noon MST then it will normally ship the same day. Most packages are under 1 pound and will ship for about $6.00 per package. Regardless of the shipping method you select or the weight of your order, if your order is over $100.00, then $5.00 will be deducted from your total shipping cost. This discount is combined with the total shipping cost that is displayed in the checkout window.

All orders placed over the internet are processed using SSL Security Certificates. Credit card information is digitally encrypted during the transmission process. We assure you that we do not sell, share, or exchange our customers personal information or e-mail addresses to anyone, nor do we participate in SPAM or junk e-mailing.
Credit Card Payments: When paying by credit card you will be asked to specify your payment type and enter your credit card information during the "Check Out" process. You must enter the proper billing name and address for your credit card, plus your CVV code, in order for us to process your order. If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address you may have to approve that shipping address with your credit card company in order for us to be authorized to ship to a different address than the billing address for your credit card. Non US credit cards will require additional address and security verification information in order for us to process your order.
PayPal Payments: We do accept PayPal as an acceptable method of payment for all magnetictherapymagnets.com orders. Please make sure that you are sending to the address verified on your PayPal account and that your PayPal account is verified.
Ordering By Phone:You are also welcome to place your order over the phone by calling 1-402-238-1663. You may pay by credit card or paypal by phone. Phone orders are taken Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST by a customer service representative. Web orders may be made 24 hours a day every day of the year.

Shipping in the U.S.A.:
When Placing your order you will need to select a shipping method from a pull down menu of choices during the check out process, you may select:
- USPS Mail 3 to 10 days
- UPS Ground 3 to 6 days
- UPS 3 day (orders received by noon EST)
- UPS 2 day (orders received by noon EST)
- UPS Overnight (orders received by noon EST)
- UPS WorldWide
- UPS Canada Saver
Orders received Monday - Friday by 2:00 PM MST will usually be shipped the same day. All orders Received on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays will usually be shipped the next Business day!
Days we do "NOT" Ship:
Though you may order online 24 hours a day 365 days a year, we do not ship on the following days and holidays: Weekends, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, The Day After Christmas, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th. All orders made on these days are shipped on the following business day.
What may delay or cause us to cancel your order?
1. If you did not provide the proper billing address for your credit card.
2. If you did not give us the proper CVV code from the back of your credit card.
3. If you are shipping to a different address than your billing address.
4. If you are paying with a NON US Bank credit card.
5. If the phone number you provided does not match the billing address.
6. If we are unable to electronically validate your billing information.
7. If an item on your order is out-of-stock.
If you supply an Incorrect or Incomplete shipping address there is a $10.00 service charge imposed by Our Carriers that will be charged to you, so make sure you have given us an accurate and complete shipping address. Don’t forget to include your apartment number, etc.

Expedited Shipping in the USA:
You can expedite the shipping of many of our products by selecting Overnight Next Business Day. These orders MUST BE RECEIVED by 12:00 pm EST. Upgrading your order to Overnight Next Business Day service does not mean that you are guaranteed to receive your package the Next Day. It reduces only the time your order is in transit. However, we do everything possible to process and ship orders on the day of receipt and to get that order to you Overnight. All orders Received For Overnight Shipping on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday! And Overnight Next Business Day Orders Received on Fridays Will not actually arrive till the following Monday because of the weekend. Shipping Charges for expedited Express delivery which is delayed due to bad weather are NOT refundable. You will always see exact shipping charges before final checkout.

Order Confirmation and Back Orders:
Upon receipt of your order you will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of your order. We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product, occasionally a product may be on back order. If replenishment of a back-ordered item takes longer than two business days, we will process those items that are available and ship the partial order. We will ship the back-ordered item to you as it becomes available, and will not charge you another shipping fee. You will be notified of these changes to your order via email or by package being shipped to you.

Shipment Packaging:
We package your purchase so that it is shipped safely without breakage or damage. We use boxes that come from partially recycled materials and our packaging materials are biodegradable corn starch peanuts or recycled paper. We want to protect our environment!

Shipping to Another Party, or Sending a Gift:
Yes, You can send gifts or ship to different addresses than your mailing address. There is no additional charge for this and you will see this option upon check out. If you would like to send someone a gift Certificate, please call our Toll Free number and we will be able to send that out for you!

Applying Coupons, Discounts, or Fund Raiser Codes:
If you have been given or received a "practitioner coupon code", a "coupon code" or a "discount code" you will have the opportunity to enter it before your final check out is complete. Enter any of these codes where it requests a "Coupon Code" during checkout. You may have received this from a practitioner, through an affiliate organization, your church, a non-profit organization, or directly from Herbal Remedies USA / MagneticTherapyMagnets, either way it means savings for you or an accumulation of revenue for your organization! Yes, various non-profit organizations promote our services to their members so that they make Herbal Remedies / MagneticTherapyMagnets one of their fundraisers! We enjoy making contributions that support non-profit groups!

Return Policy, Exchange Policy and Guarantee:
1. RETURN ADDRESS: Will be provided upon request for return by email and your receipt of a return authorization.
2. RETURN AUTHORIZATION WITHIN 30 DAYS: If you wish to return or exchange any item for any reason you must obtain a "Return Authorization Number" within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please call us toll free at 1-402-238-1663 or email us at admin@magnetictherapymagnets.com to obtain a "Return Authorization Number". No returns or exchanges are acknowledged and NO refund will be given without a "Return Authorization Number". There is a $3.00 restocking fee for all Magnetic Therapy Products that are returned. There are no refunds or exchanges after 30 days.
3. EXCHANGES: If you ordered merchandise that does not fit or you want a different style and you want to exchange it for a different size or style you must obtain a return authorization number by calling toll free 1-402-238-1663 or e-mailing admin@magnetictherapymagnets.com. You will need to return the item that does not fit and you must place a new order for the desired size or style. When we receive the returned item back we will refund the amount of the item minus a $3.00 restocking fee. The item must be in an undamaged re-sellable condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. The new order will be shipped out as normal with applicable shipping charges applied.
4. NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS: Magnetic therapy products such as body braces and bed pads that have been unsealed cannot be returned and no refund is available. Items that are un-opened, unused, in original manufacturers packaging may be returned for a full refund, less a $3.00 restocking fee. Any item that has been damaged by the purchaser is also not refundable.
5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS: If you are returning an item because it was damaged in shipping or we shipped an incorrect item, please notify us immediately via e-mail or telephone so we can resolve any problems to your satisfaction. You will be refunded, or we will reship items that were damaged in shipping. You may be requested to return the damaged item or incorrect item at our cost in order to receive your refund. If this is requested, we will send you a return mailing label with postage for the return. You will be refunded when we receive the returned item.
6. NON DELIVERABLE PACKAGES: Packages that are refused at the time of delivery, left unclaimed, or not deliverable and that are returned by the shipper to us:
a. If it is our fault, upon learning of the shipping error and obtaining the correct shipping information we will create a new order and reship the new order to you at no additional cost.
b. If it is the customer’s fault, usually because an incorrect shipping address was provided to us, then we will refund the price that was paid for the product less a 15% restocking fee and less any return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are not refundable. If the customer provides us with the proper shipping information and requests that we reship the order, we will create a new order and reship the order at the normal cost to the customer.
7. INTERNATIONAL CHARGES AND RETURNS: For International returns, the customer is responsible for any costs that may have been incurred during shipping or return shipping, including holding fees, brokerage fees, import taxes, duties, etc. as well as a restocking fee. 8. SHIPPING DELAYS: Expedited Express delivery which is delayed due to bad weather or other reasons out of our control is NOT refundable.
